Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
Welcome to Knox. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Knox website, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Knox, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
1. About Knox
Knox is a crypto x AI research platform that publishes research, notes, analysis, and other digital content focused on crypto, artificial intelligence, zero-knowledge systems, protocols, DeFi, models, and related topics.
2. Informational Purposes Only
All content provided on Knox is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on Knox constitutes, or should be relied upon as, legal, financial, investment, tax, business, or other professional advice. Knox does not act as an investment adviser, broker, dealer, lawyer, or fiduciary.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided on the Platform and for any decisions or actions you take based on that information. You should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, or investment decisions.
3. Eligibility and Account Use
You may use Knox only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
If certain features require an account, wallet connection, or subscription, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, wallet, credentials, and access methods. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or connected wallet to the extent permitted by law.
4. Subscriptions and Access
Knox may offer free and paid access tiers, including premium subscriber access to certain research, notes, reports, or other content.
When you subscribe, you receive access to premium content and subscriber features only for the duration of your active plan. Access may change, expire, or terminate if your subscription ends, fails to renew, is revoked for policy reasons, or is otherwise no longer active.
Subscription pricing, features, and access scope may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your selected plan and billing period. If Knox uses third-party payment or wallet infrastructure, your transaction may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.
6. Refunds
Refunds, if any, are governed by Knox’s Refund Policy. Because Knox is a digital product and access begins immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except in limited cases such as billing errors or qualifying technical access issues.
7. No Unauthorized Sharing
Paid content on Knox is provided for the personal use of the subscriber who purchased access.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make paid content available outside Knox without prior written permission. This includes, without limitation, sharing subscriber-only research, reports, downloads, or other restricted material with non-subscribers.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of paid content may result in suspension or termination of access, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Knox, including but not limited to research, writing, text, graphics, branding, design elements, and other materials, is owned by Knox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no part of the Platform or its content may be copied, modified, distributed, displayed, performed, published, licensed, sold, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Knox in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform;
- scrape, extract, or systematically collect content from Knox in a manner not expressly permitted;
- misuse subscriber-only content or platform features;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
10. Platform Changes
Knox may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, content structure, subscriptions, policies, or availability.
Knox also reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of Knox after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination or Suspension
Knox may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, including subscriber access, at any time if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, shared paid content without permission, or created risk or harm to Knox or other users.
Termination or suspension does not limit any other rights or remedies Knox may have.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Knox does not guarantee that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- any content will be accurate, complete, or current;
- any research, analysis, or commentary will be suitable for your particular goals or circumstances.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knox and its owner, affiliates, contributors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knox’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Knox, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Third-Party Services
Knox may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, infrastructure, wallets, analytics providers, authentication services, hosting services, or payment-related services. Knox is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
