Refund Policy

Knox offers digital subscriptions that provide immediate access to premium research, subscriber-only content, and other paid features. Because access to digital content begins as soon as a subscription is activated, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

1. Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable charge for the selected billing period.

2. No General Refunds

As a general rule, Knox does not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial-period refunds, because:

• the product is digital in nature;
• access to paid content and features begins immediately upon purchase; and
• allowing routine refunds would create a risk of abuse of subscriber-only access.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• duplicate or erroneous charges; or
• a technical issue on Knox’s side that materially prevented access to the subscription purchased.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a qualifying technical access issue, you must contact Knox within 7 days of the charge date.

Please include enough detail to help review the issue, including the email address used for your account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the problem.

5. Review and Discretion

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Knox reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, Knox encourages you to contact support first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access to Knox services.

7. Changes to This Policy

Knox may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
